Never buying from big chain again! NGL, I was skeptical as heck at first, but the frames were only $42 that I chose (even with the script). They came, and I can't believe how nice they are (I was expecting some temu quality stuff lol). In all honesty, the quality is better than a few pairs that I bought at local optometrist where I'm at. I'm planning on just getting my exam, and one frame from my optometrist, and then buying everything else here! My eyeglass game is about to go crazy lol! 😎🤓🥸

Ordered a pair of glasses that needed exchanged. The replacement pair cost less. They did NOT refund the difference, nor did they issue the store credit. I had to take the issue to a supervisor just to get the store credit because they weren't going to give it to me. Yes, they were going to KEEP the difference!! And now I go to order...and you guessed it...NO CREDIT! It's NOT there in my account!!

When we have to manually enter our prescription you should make it a little easier. For example, entering PD, you have one space and when you say if we have two numbers to check a box, then the digits don't go high enough. Let me offer this suggestion. Since you already asked us for a photocopy of the prescription, why don't you have a system that takes what is on that photo and automatically enter it into its designated spaces. It assures that we do not enter anything incorrectly.
