Very misleading. Advertise same day delivery but hide it in the small print that it only applies for London. when booking, app allows you to choose same day and select a time and only when the confirmation is received do you see it isn't the same day. Also they make a big deal of 20% Off first order with app but not easy to availe the order. When I realised it wasn't arriving same day and called to ask for a refund, the person assisted me (who sounded positively) said she couldn't issue a refund

Worst Company Ever! Too many failings to list on here! Got my sub wrong. didn't get recipient name, didn't give card, didn't apply note, website sends you to app to cancel sub. app says failed to cancel speak to team. 20 emails later, they keep asking if I want to stay. they refuse to refund when they sent dead flowers. they ignore every request in email and treat it like brand new info and try to retain my custom! they are literally, refusing to cancel my subscription! cancel anytime my eye!

Stay Away dodgy as! 28/12 They have still not delivered the order and refuse to refund. I placed an order for same day delivery 24/12 between 3pm & 6pm for which I paid an additional £8.00 order accepted , payment processed BUT when I looked at the order summary, they changed delivery date to the 27th. I phoned them and was told they cannot deliver today, why did you take my money. would not agree to issue a refund.@
