Ratings and reviews

Untrustworthy. "Due" buses go missing with no explanation whilst you're at the stop waiting for them. Leaving you in the rain and late for your appt/work. Has happened multiple times now.

Journey planning not working, every time I try for some time now it tells me "sorry no journeys found" within an area from my place to the train station (not even a 15 minute route where there is a regular bus). I have to go into Google Maps to plan my times. And can't find where I can get support for the app. Update: I have attempted to "Give Feedback" in the app as instructed, have tried twice, no email to acknowledge feedback received, though app said received. Same still happening

Dont use the mobile tickets on this app if possible. My QR code for my year long bus pass never scans and there is no way to adjust size or brightness. Luckily most drivers will accept you just showing it, but some will try to force you to stand there and scan it, even though it never works. The only positive is that you can quite reliably find a fast route for travel, but even then, you could do this just as easily with google maps.
