Even if I have my phone turned up to full brightness, when I go to my ticket it turns it to the same brightness every time which is below full. Looks like it's about 80% or something. So when it is sunny I constantly have problems scanning and can't even try it on full brightness because it will only ever allow me to show it at the set level on the ticket screen!!

I find that downloading the NCTX travel app, is better to use than the Easyrider bus pass cards. The app shows ppl of when it expires. With the Easyrider bus pass cards, ppl possibly have to remember when to top up there cards...or if ppl put reminders on there phones to tell them that there Easyrider card needs To be Topped up.

the drivers are really kind and deserve so much respect for taking care of us across the whole ride, the app is easy to navigate and I love how it tells you which buses to take and where to walk, it's so perfect to get to where you are going! they take ur hand and tell you where to go if ur unsure
