out of this world, used Arivva, Buzz and Stagecoach apps before, and this app beats them hands down. it is smooth and works every time , has bus routes and stops affected by road closures and diversions, AND has the added bonus of local information. Buses are some of the best I've ever travelled on. wish every bus company was like this.

When it comes to checking timetables and routes, the app is great. Unfortunately tracking the buses is not so much. Half the time the tracking info is completely inaccurate. When scanning tickets on the bus, the reader often just simply does not scan it, at wich point the bus driver will look at you like a scammer trying to use an invalid ticket. Don't even bother complaining to customer service, they aren't even a tiny bit helpful.
