Proactive Parent is a baby tracker and pregnancy app in one: it shows you what this week holds, reminds you on the day, and lets you log feeds, sleep and diapers in a single tap — or just by saying it.

From the first weeks of pregnancy to your child's fifth birthday, the app is built around one simple idea: you shouldn't have to search for what matters now. Open it and this week is already there.

PREGNANCY WEEK BY WEEK
• What this week of pregnancy holds, from week 4 to week 41
• Prenatal appointments and scans on one timeline for care in the UK — what's coming and what's done
• Kick counter and contraction timer, plus your own weight and blood pressure
• Your pregnancy records belong to you, and are shared only if you choose

BABY TRACKER: FEEDS, SLEEP, DIAPERS
• Breastfeeding timer with left, right or both, and switch sides mid-feed
• Bottle feeds in ounces or milliliters, formula or expressed milk, and solids

YOUR BABY'S WEEKS AND MONTHS
A card for every week and month to age five, with check-ups and vaccinations on your baby's timeline where we have them for your country. Born early? The app shows corrected age beside real age, so you're never comparing your baby with the wrong calendar.

REMINDERS ON THE DAY
A gentle reminder on the morning something is due, once your quiet hours end. Nothing you've already missed is pushed at you, and the lock screen never says what it's about.

MEET DAPHNE, YOUR VOICE ASSISTANT
Tap the button in the middle and say what happened: "she fed on the left at three" or "dirty diaper just now". Daphne logs it for you — no typing at 3am — and answers questions like "when did she last feed?". Prefer not to talk? Type to her instead. Daphne records things; she never gives medical advice.

SHARE WITH YOUR FAMILY
Invite a partner, a grandparent or a nanny. Everyone logs to the same shared baby log, every record says who added it, and you choose which children each person sees. Twins and triplets: log for one baby or all of them at once.

GUIDANCE YOU CAN TRUST
Where an official source exists, the card is copied word for word from it and linked: the NHS website for families in the UK, the Office on Women's Health for families in the US. Families in Turkey get guidance written in Turkish, and everywhere else gets general guidance — never another country's.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads, and we never sell your data. Start without an account and save to one when you're ready. Records are encrypted on your phone, logging works offline, and you can download or delete everything from the app.

PROACTIVE PLUS (OPTIONAL)
The app is free to use. Proactive Plus adds 300 voice minutes a month for the whole family (instead of 10 each), sleep education for your baby's age, and when the next nap is likely. One subscription covers up to 4 people. Monthly or yearly, with a one-week free trial for new subscribers; it renews automatically until you cancel in Google Play.
