STMC Building Control is the official field app for STMC's registered building inspectors and surveyors. It puts your day's inspections, site records and project documents in your pocket — and keeps working when the signal doesn't.

Designed for real site conditions, the app lets you carry out and record building control inspections from your phone, capture everything you see on site, and send it back to the office in a few taps.

• Raise non-compliances and contraventions against the relevant regulation part.

Work anywhere, sync later
