The Trident HR companion app gives employees and managers everything they need to manage work life on the move — securely tied to your employer's Trident HR account.

For employees:

- Book and track holiday in seconds
- Report sickness and submit fit notes
- Clock in and out with location-verified shifts
- View payslips, contracts, policies and other HR documents
- Get push notifications for shift updates, training reminders and HR announcements
- Read and acknowledge company policies
- Complete assigned training courses
- Submit queries and HR requests directly to your manager

For managers:

- Approve holiday and absence requests
- Review timecards and shift records

Built for UK employers, designed around UK employment law, and updated continuously as legislation changes — including SSP day-one rights, day-one paternity leave, and the upcoming six-month qualifying period for unfair dismissal claims.

Trident HR is supplied to your workplace by Trident HR Ltd, an HR consultancy and software provider based in the UK. Access requires an active Trident HR or Trident Command account provided by your employer. If your employer doesn't use Trident HR yet, ask them to get in touch.

A new look throughout the app. Every screen now leads with the one thing that needs your attention, written as a sentence rather than buried in a grid of tiles.

Settings and Support have been reorganised so everything is a tap away instead of a long scroll. Your clock, holiday, timecards, documents and absence records all show clearer status at a glance.

Your theme choice still follows you across the app and Trident Command on desktop.
