Ratings and reviews

App keeps signing me out, but it also won't allow me to access the password manager on my phone to auto-input the password which means I have to manually input it (which would be fine if it wasn't generated to be difficult to guess!). If I try to continue it logs me in via my google account which for some reason isn't linked to my subscription (signed up to the £1 for a year) so is pretty useless. Unless they update the app to keep you logged in I think I'll forget it. Wouldn't recommend.

When the free trial ends, the "subscribe" button doesn't work, other than to open a "Terms and Conditions" page. You can't actually subscribe. The puzzles were good though. Also, when returning to the app using the Recent Apps button, there's always a blank screen. You have to go back to the splash screen and re-enter the puzzle that way. These bugs need to be fixed before this can be considered a fully functional app.

Oh dear! Using a Google Pixel 8 pro with Android 16, the Plusword locks up every time as I try to complete the last letter. This has been going on for months. This is not good enough. It does it in this Puzzle app. It also locks up in the puzzle section of the Telegraph App. Best of all is in the website in the Chrome browser on the phone where it won't log me in at all and keeps telling me that I can have a special offer. Surely you are aware of this?
