A disappointment considering Toyota is the most advance car manufacturer. The app doesn't sync with the actual local service centre (for me, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah). I managed to book an appointment date & time. When come in, I'll be just considered as a walk-in customer. Although I book for an early time slot, my service will start after others appointment (by phone call). Better book by phone call then. As such, this app doesn't even worth a star. Please be better.

Its good that i can book appointment and see my service details. But the remote start is seriously useless. Keep on havin problem. Dah la banyak problem and they don't have a proper escalation contact number. For a num1 selling car in the world, i didn't expect this kind of quality on their app
