It won't log me in I put my email address and password in and it keeps saying it's not correct or I need to join triple A. I've been a member for years. If I get to log in when I try to request roadside assistance it ask me to log in when I'm already logged in then ask for my email and password again and tells me it's wrong or it doesn't recognize my email address? very frustrating App it's basically useless until they address this issue and naturally no assistance on weekends
Huge battery hog, doesn't record 50% of my journeys even though my location is on and cell service is good. Just took a 400 mile trip and it didn't record any of it. If you're going to offer a discount on insurance for having this app and using it, you should probably make sure it's reliable. This app is a joke.
I've been a loyal customer for years. It doesn't recognize my email address so I couldn't register. Customer service doesn't have a solution. I have to do everything the old fashioned way.
Tried to report a broken down vehicle but app didn't work. Also it spams you with notifications selling services like car hire and footwear. Spam from the AAA!
Have had this app for a full year, works perfectly, I've had many issues with the automobiles I've had of late, but no issues with the outstanding services provided by triple A. Worth every penny and more. P.s. the app is way faster than calling.
I specifically downloaded this app so I could see and receive assistance with my travel reservations. After logging in, I can't even access any travel reservation, let alone a list of all travel. This app NEEDS to provide access to my travel reservations, provide a list and /or proximity alerts to businesses which provide AAA discounts, and should provide a searchable help feature. This app needs a lot of work.
