Impossible to find "RENEW MEMBERSHIP" or "request replacement card".. UI good but missing those items in obvious places. Shouldn't have to navigate every item to try to find basic requests. Fix and i'll up to 5.
Make it work first! Please STOP adding new features and make what is already here work properly. Programming without rigorous testing of what you have built is pointless.
love the service, i did say the app could be better, & with the latest upgrade, it looks like they're accomplishing that. had to up the 3 stars I gave them initially to 4 for now. keep up the great work.
Do not call for roadside service from the app Call instead. They never even dispatched a driver. Plus, it's cumbersome to use, and won't keep you logged in.
Doesn't completely work There are features in this app that just don't work. I have tried half a dozen times to download my auto insurance card and it just won't complete. I would have thought that after 7 months this would have been fixed...
I spent 40 minutes trying to get this app set up so I could use it for a service call. Finally gave up. Multiple issues resest my password it would flash a screen I needed to input info then move to the next screen telling me I had entered the wrong information. I hope this app can be fixed. I'm uninstalling.
