Ratings and reviews

Update 2026: A year later and the app is even worse. Absolute garbage that rarely ever works. Just call if you need help. It'll likely be much better and faster. 2025:Used to be much better. The app is now super slow and sometimes flatout unresponsive. The driver tracking is rarely, if ever, even approaching accurate. Better to just log in to your account on the website.

AAA has helped me, numerous times, with being broke down on the side of the road! The app is quick and easy, and you can have assistance on their way, in as little as 5 minutes! (this was how fast i accessed the app, answered a few questions, they were on their way) their prices are very affordable and i highly recommend them to everyone! thank you AAA, and the app, for being so quick, efficient and getting me home safely, along with my vehicle!

Not sure what's going on but the app won't even let me sign in, saying that an unexpected problem has occurred with my account and to try again later. It's been 2 days now of this. I can't even use the roadside assistance through the app. Before this I never had an issues. I've tried Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing changes.
