before purchased this device that it had free tracking. it does not you have to pay for it minimum of $9.90 and up and it's very difficult to install or get to work plus you have to buy memory card. it's a scam it doesn't work. I don't know how people can get away with selling these claiming the things they're supposed to do when they don't even turn on and then you got to pay extra besides purchasing the product I can't find a way to get my money back I want my money back for the tracking $9.99

So far really not impressed. Poor to no instructions and it started tracking my phone and not the device I registered. I would say that is a major flaw. edit- yep, the app and the server are tied to my phone's GPS and won't move. it reads the device as online but won't track it. no way to reset it. I suggest sending it all back before you get hooked in.

arent you suppose you suppose to be able to remotely monitor the environment where the GPS is by the recording eavesdropping feature? This was one of the added bonuses that they advertised for the device. the reason I purchased it was for the voice recording and environment remote monitoring. looks like this was a scam. temu has gone downhill.
