After reading the reviews, it is very hard to see how this app has been given anything above 1 star reviews! I have downloaded the app, having to change a the permissions on my phone. Then when was able to eventually open the app, I couldn't create an account; it kept coming up with an error on the with IMEI or password which is written in the instructions! I love the idea... its a shame it doesn't do what it is meant to!

I don't know what everyone else is talking about. Before buying the tracker I was aware I need to get a sim card. So I did free from giffgaf. Finally set it up with a different email so I've 2 giffgaffs one for my phone one for the tracker. I loaded 6£ goodt bag in it. Anyway so it actually is working but it shows the tracker half a mile away from me.. at first it was closer just up the road ..lol.. at least it was on my road though. Il persevere..

have to pay to use the app to gain access to it's features. It doesn't recognize the sim and doesn't make registering device easy also it's in Chinese 😡😡😡😡
