Very difficult to navigate the website. Even more difficult to test and use the app. From what I see, it says my tracker is still in China. There's no tech support, that I can find anyway. The app makes you question if it's the right one or not. I sent an email for help, apparently it's the wrong email on their site or they just don't care enough to help. I have the GF09 and the GF07. I can't get either one to work. Don't waste your time or money!

Too bad there is not a zero star rating. The software is useless since it never gets into a usable mode. The item is useless without the software.

I got my device & it requires a SIM card that it didn't come with. I didn't realize it before I paid the $6 monthly fee. There isn't a phone # to call. I found an email from PayPal with that $6 charge, call them to cancel the service that I didn't receive. I was given the name of company but there isn't a phone #.The guy tried to get me to activate the PayPal account in order to get the $6 refund I had already paid. I'm like why can't I just get my refund? I had ro call my bank to dispute.
