This is not a Service that delivers on a consistent basis. The features are amazing but they don't WORK. The only time all the great features work, is when the Tech comes. When he leaves it's back to being a radio. The doorbell feature doesn't work, the music will stop working in a particular room, you tube doesn't play through the installed speakers put in by them. They have many reasons why stuff doesn't work but they can't fix them. Concept great but delivery & service absolutely poor.

I am consistently having issues with this system. I keep getting an error message that says, “No Distribution Module Found”. I have had this system for only 4 years and I hardly ever play it. It should not malfunction every 3 to 6 months. This system cost wayyyyyyyy too much for all these technical problems. I have better luck just by using my bluetooth speaker. Shame on the homebuilder for recommending this company. What a waste. I would like to get my money back.

The software was working fine with my android phone for a year, then all of a sudden it tells me it's not compatible with this phone. Impossible! I am computer savvy, technologically capable, and the problem has to be the software. I updated and downloaded the software on my phone multiple times, and reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail. I called tech support, informed them of the problem, followed their directions, and it still does not work. Worst software ever. HELP!!!
