The app started off good, however for remittance service, I have noticed that the moment I enter the first character to input my I, it gives invalid, which leads me to go to a physical branch. I have reached out to customer support, they have responded in a timely manner. However, the issue is still not resolved. They have exhausted all the trouble shooting steps, and nothing is resolved which they said I must go to a physical branch.

It was nice until I am trying to get on with My other device since the other one failed and it's so difficult and inconvenient. I have sent multiple emails, they said there's solution and it didn't work. The Technical Team has been on this for a while now and they still can't solve it! I AM GETTING TIRED OF SENDING EMAILS NOW! The issue remains the same....

The worst customer service also the "TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT" isn't that technical at all. I have had an issue losing my phone and Sim. I have no way of getting my old number back because I bought my chip from the roadside. I have emailed and message on whatsapp about 3 months. Every day, they say the issue is being escalated, and they still want more identification. To all users, be careful when sending in your documents because sometimes there are warning signs that we disregard. Worst app ever
