Ratings and reviews

I wish I could rate it higher. I do really like novig, but the app has so many glitches/bugs/freezing problems that I can't rate it higher than 3 stars. it can get tiresome constantly restarting the app, or having the line you want to bet be in selectable (sometimes it's even just a black square, like it won't fully load, even though I know it's there because I had seen it earlier). I'm not using a cheap/no name brand phone either. this is on a Google Pixel 10 pro. fix the app for 5*s

Had it as 5 stars until recently with the constant freezing and having to restart the app. It's great as a strictly exchange to place bets on. Has a rewards section. Lots of good things about it. My gripes are that it's always been pretty slow and laggy, even on a new phone. The worst part is that lately Everytime I place a bet and switch to another app then switch back, the bet slip is frozen in place and you can't click on anything or do anything except restart the app

This app is horrible. Trustly denied my bank account and their support was no help. I finally put my debit card in to deposit money. Made my first trade only to realize there's no option for early cash out on trades. Played through all of my money and then couldn't withdraw my money. App support was no help. I had to create a venmo account to get my money back. It said my debit card was not an eligible disbursement account. It was good enough for them to take my money, but not to give it back.
