don't use the app to pay your bill! for whatever reason it does not take the payment. it is not an internet issue either. I have no issues paying it on the website, but do have a problem with having to pay convenience fees because I am forced to either call it in or pay on website because of dysfunctional app. would rate 0 stars.

Horrible company I have tried every which way to make a payment Unsuccessful web, app, calling the 800 # sucks I was on hold for 55 mins after it said it was 28 min wait this was my 3rd day calling this company. As a disabled person I'm forced to go to the office.
