Ratings and reviews

App is fine . But I need to write some feedback as a victim of technical issue. When you transfer money to a non-overdraft account number it will refuse transactions. On the other hand app will charge money from your account and will not return. When I called customer service, they only can see the transaction was declined. So I think technical team should have a look such cases. Why customer service team can't see, maybe you should change way of displaying results for non-overdraft accounts.

A fairly simple app and mostly stable (no downtimes), but there are features that don't work at all or are not user-friendly. Also have a few obvious bugs

PayMe no longer working. App asks for ID check and then rejects the information. User for 3 years now looking for an alternative. So long PayMe.
