there is an new update everyday and you can't open the app without updating. i updated the app and still can't get in. i waited around half an hour when there was an urgency. not mention the app, overall would recommend for elderly people. I am using click from now

I am downgrading the review. Since TBC took over the app constantly lags while gaslighting you into thinking that the internet is slow. The new design is horrible, and they still keep pushing it. If you want to see an example of enshittification, look no further

App is fine . But I need to write some feedback as a victim of technical issue. When you transfer money to a non-overdraft account number it will refuse transactions. On the other hand app will charge money from your account and will not return. When I called customer service, they only can see the transaction was declined. So I think technical team should have a look such cases. Why customer service team can't see, maybe you should change way of displaying results for non-overdraft accounts.
