Payme has become extremely annoying in the last months. Spamming with push notifications left and right. I'm a long time user and use payme exclusively, even at times when it costs me commission. Because I want to support the business. However, I'm becoming more and more frustrated with the approach they're taking for their marketing.

App is fine . But I need to write some feedback as a victim of technical issue. When you transfer money to a non-overdraft account number it will refuse transactions. On the other hand app will charge money from your account and will not return. When I called customer service, they only can see the transaction was declined. So I think technical team should have a look such cases. Why customer service team can't see, maybe you should change way of displaying results for non-overdraft accounts.

When I enter my number to connect it is saying: failed to connect to api and bunch of numbers at the end "after 10000ms", It is not from my internet it is from the app ir phone and it worked on my phone before.

What's new in Payme?

We started a project called "Life Situations." It helps you solve different problems easily. The first situation is about having a baby, and it's in the app now. We'll add more situations step by step.

We also made the app easier to use. We improved how you move around in the app, removed steps you don't need, and added new features. All this makes the app more convenient and saves your time.
