ProCut is a free video editor and movie maker with a real multi-track timeline. Import your clips, cut them frame by frame, add text, music and voice, then export a clean 4K video. No watermark, no sign-up, no upload — everything runs on your phone.

Animate position, scale, rotation, opacity and volume with easing. Splitting a clip keeps its animation intact instead of resetting it.

TEXT, TITLES AND CAPTIONS
Add text and titles that stay identical in a 720p draft, a 4K export and on every device. Type size is measured against the project frame, so a caption never drifts.

TEXT TO SPEECH NARRATION
Turn a script into a narration track with text to speech, then trim and place it like any other clip. No microphone involved: ProCut does not record audio.

FILTERS AND COLOR
Nine free filters plus eight Pro looks — Teal & Orange, Moody, Pastel, Neon, Sunset, Arctic, Vintage and Blockbuster. Each tile previews the look on your own frame. LUTs and colour sliders preview live as you drag: brightness, contrast, saturation and warmth.

MUSIC AND AUDIO EDITOR
Background music, per-clip volume, fade in and fade out, and automatic cross-fades that ride along with every visual transition.

STICKERS, OVERLAYS AND PICTURE IN PICTURE
Layer stickers and picture-in-picture overlays with blend modes and opacity, and give still photos a Ken Burns motion preset.

TEMPLATES
Start from a template, drop your clips into the slots, and the cuts, text and music are already timed — a finished short in about a minute.

FAST ON MODEST PHONES
Imports build a 960p proxy so scrubbing stays smooth, while the export always goes back to your original full-resolution source, using your phone's own hardware encoder.

ONE PROJECT, EVERY DEVICE
Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac each run a native engine against one shared timeline model, so a project opened on another device looks the same.

PERMISSIONS
ProCut asks for one permission, on Android 7–9 only: storage, when you save a finished video to your Gallery. Decline and the export still succeeds. Android 10 and later ask nothing. Clips come in through the system photo picker, so the app never reads your whole gallery. The network carries only anonymous usage and crash diagnostics — switch it off in the Me tab. The one exception is the reward video: a non-personalised Unity ad, using the advertising ID only to cap repeats. No location, no contacts.
