Ratings and reviews

This app is the definition of pure trash. It doesn't show posted and settled transactions. You can make a bunch of purchases, but these charges won't show until 5 days later. So now, after 5 days, you have to sort through all these entries to check if all are correct. They also show up in random orders, not sorted by timestamp. Other banks show you posted and settled transactions. This way, you can immediately see if merchants try to pull a quick one.

The latest mobile application is following the local bank whereas the application is scanning and collecting users device data. The ugly part is the app is not clever enough to protect customer, but to block the native function e.g. virtual keyboard, accessibility features of OS, otherwise app will not run. Such update will lead you to less customers.

Recently, I got some noise with this app, such as, check laban key app, compare time between device and server. when make new transfer, many fields have to fill, now I cant scan qr code (although, I see this qr code is hard) but other bank's app is still work as normal.
