Impossible to screenshot anything, no option to remove this security feature and when you share details of a transaction, it does not include the reference you entered. It makes it incredibly difficult to actually prove anything when trying to show evidence of a payment

Worst banking app I have ever used The app does not let you do ANYTHING. One can not define transfers, cancel transfers, edit transfers defined via their website, read notifications or emails, etc. Other banking apps offer almost all banking services via their app, simple and efficient. This one shows the account balance, withheld funds, the account history, and let's one transfer money to (via computer/website only) pre-defined payees. That's it. The bare minimum.

There is no scanner for QR codes so everything has to be manually input, and lately (in the last 2 months or so) about 50% of the time I get a "Something went wrong, please try again later" error when I try to transfer. As there is no QR code scanner, this has sometimes taken 10-15 minutes in a restaurant for example, trying to pay. It's really irritating. Other than this the app is fine and the support staff have always been truly amazing
