It's a nice idea if it would actually work. Pain in the butt to set up (password part was crazy screwed up) and haven't been able to log in since as it won't bring up the keyboard. I have documents to get in and can't do so now with this app
I wish this app would work, the idea is would be so convenient if it could actually be used. But the site was glitchy too. I had to set everything up over the phone because the website and the app won't let me set it up. But as soon as the app is usable I'll change my review!
Don't bother trying to set up an account via the app. You have to do that online. You can't recover account or password information via the app either. I called customer support to find an embarrassed, undertrained woman unable to help. She apologized but had to admit the app is brand new and she didn't know much about it. This was a good idea poorly implemented. UPDATE 11/15/17 10pm : Attempted to register once again, only to find that THE WEBSITE SHUTS DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE EVERY NIGHTFROM 10P,M- 3AM. As a country we've already been burdened with the shortening of the enrollment period and now I can't even get on when I'm finally home from work, put kids to bed and have a free moment. Thanks for NOTHING!
This is one of the shittiest apps ever created. It is absolutely useless unless all you want to do is check what your current coverage is and read messages.
The app won't let me put in my phone number, but won't move forward until til I put in my phone number. When I retried it, it deleted all my information. It's useless :(
The site has been fairly easy to use. I like being able to upload pictures of documents from my phone.
Welcome to WAPlanfinder!
In this release, you can find in-person help near you for enrollment help. You can also update more of your Washington Healthplanfinder information straight from the app, and we fixed some minor bugs.
