I have not been able to reconnect my account for weeks and customer support does not respond. I'm paying for this app and I can't use it properly so frustrating. it requires me to reconnect my account, has me login with Facebook offers no other option than that, and then connects to Tycoon Club which is wrong. this used to work and now it doesn't. no response at all from customer service? they should be releasing a bug fix for this enough people have reported it.

Don't waste your time on this app! This app allows you to purchase stickers but they don't deliver and keep the coins. There was a sticker purchase that was pending for two months. Trouble tickets were submitted to get it corrected and NO ONE from their support team did anything to correct this. This started in the beginning of November and now we're in January with the same issue. Now it shows completed but still no correction or refund. This app sucks so don't waste your time downloading it!

This app functioned great up until 10 December. We were required to reconnect the wiki app to FB &MOGO. The app will not reconnect. I connected it fine initially, but whatever happened w/this isn't right. what's worse is THERE IS NO SUPPORT! Even for those of us who pay for a monthly subscription. Several tickets, emails, and posts have all gone unanswered. If you can self-suppport, user beware. If not, save your money. You will not be valued or addressed.
