I have been using this app for around 5 years, and the problem is recurring, not one-time. Every few months (roughly every 2–3 months), the login, forgot password, and registration flows stop working, all showing the same misleading message: “Network error, please try it again”, even when the network is perfectly fine. This looks like a repeated authentication / OTP backend instability or account sync issue, along with very poor error handling in the app. Each time, users are completely locked.

All of a sudden the bulb starts blinking and the app doesn't connect even though the WiFi connection is continuous. Then we need to switch on Bluetooth to connect and then stop the blinking. This problem starts all over again after the bulb switches on after a schedule.

The Wipro Smart Home app is very smooth, simple, and easy to use. The interface is clean and well organized, making it easy even for first-time users to control smart devices without confusion. Connecting the smart bulb to Wi-Fi is quick, and the app guides you step by step during the setup process. Once connected, the response time is fast and the bulb reacts instantly to on/off commands, brightness changes, and color adjustments.
