No devices after login expiry. Somehow automatically logged me out. Now after successful login. Shows no devices. This is worst experience. Had 3 devices, now have to resync them up. Not reliable. should have provided some configuration export and import, but it's overall bad experience. Would discourage my friends for sure to go with some other brand as their app doesn't provide good experience

The Wipro app has a good idea just bad execution it is very hard to connect a light and it connects one at a time takes a lot of time for each one it might be good you can customize single single lights but you aren't gonna do that unless it's a party so please Improve leaving 2 stars instead of 1 since if you start it it doesn't work too badly

I have been using this app for around 5 years, and the problem is recurring, not one-time. Every few months (roughly every 2–3 months), the login, forgot password, and registration flows stop working, all showing the same misleading message: “Network error, please try it again”, even when the network is perfectly fine. This looks like a repeated authentication / OTP backend instability or account sync issue, along with very poor error handling in the app. Each time, users are completely locked.
