⭐ 1 Star – Refund Not Received / No Customer Support ₹1143 was deducted from my wallet in the name of service charges. I immediately contacted support by email. The app now shows “Refunded”, but the amount has NOT been credited back to my wallet or bank account. There is no help desk number or proper customer support, which is very concerning for an app handling money. Showing false refund status is misleading and unacceptable. Transaction amount: ₹1143 Status shown: Refunded Actual refund: NOT

tarot consultant is great, app performance horrible the platform is unsmooth..took double recharge, and could connect once. app is for ing recharge even when a count has balance . flexibility of amount n call duration is not there.. The consultant was very good will need to reconnect, but I'm disappointed with the platform. again nothing is free, the app is very fluctuating n unsmooth. again charges are huge .. like inr 1369 for 30 mins consultation !!! 5 min inr 150 is still ok.

There's no history. 3. where are chat and vd.call or call recordings? if i want to revisit important points then how would i???? 4. in call the Astrologer face is covered with adds. like why??? you have not answered questions. 5. As soon as i open a live of a astro, it gets connected on a call automatically. this is not something expected behav
