CUSTOMER SERVICERS CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH! IF YOU CANNOT SPEAK RUSSIAN, DON'T REGISTER! HE ASKED ME FOR WAITING FOR A MOMENT AND HANG UP MY PHONE! I have registered an e-sim. I asked the customer servicer if there is a new phone number, and he said ''you will find out the number after activating the Sim card.'' However, the Internet provider does not provide me with a new phone number. And it is the fault of your customer servicer since he gave me a wrong answer. And now I would like to refund!

The worst support a person can imagine. If someting won't work on your device, support will just repeat the initial instructions. If you ask for a refund, you'll just be sent to a telecom operator. Absolute disgrace. Do not recommend.
