In the beginning, it was good, but as time passes, the ads are after each chapter, which is annoying. What is there an ad after every chapter? That's straight-up annoying and stupid. Also, sometimes the ads don't load, so I have to close the app and reopen, which sucks. Sometimes, the filter button doesn't work, and it's hard to find certain stories because of that. The app takes like forever to open all the time, which wastes so much time.

I started reading on wattpad in 2011 and loved it. Unfortunately, 8-10 years ago I tried to switch emails, so I changed the email on my account only to lose access to the new email. At the time it wasn't an issue since I knew my password. Now it's been years since I logged in and I can't remember the password, but I've tried several times to get back in. I've answered the security questions several times and they refuse to let me in. Customer service is everything, so it's a 1 star app.

As much as I love creating and reading stories on here, the ads need to stop. Three pages in, ad. Okay, fine, whatever, they need money. One page. ONE PAGE. And I get an ad. If it weren't every single two seconds that I was getting ads it'd be five stars but unfortunately I can't read with a commercial break every time I go to the next page.
