I booked twice ,2nd time was doubting my bad first experience. I was correct,I will pay more for get comfortable service.both the time they uses phones and if I don't ask for steam or step they are missing.,they will not provide.they need more training to compete urban company.they are just in hurry to do it fast.heading again towards urban.

Good service. Single use kits to prioritise hygiene and customer service. Would suggest them to hire trained professionals though. Some of them use their phones too often and doesnt follow all the steps mentioned in description. Just to mention it may be that 5-10% staff who behave unprofessionally but that too may affect.

It was 1st spa experience with yes madam was fabulous because of the expertise and A1 MS. ASMITA MAYEKAR . I would highly recommend her. Her hands were lovely and warm and the massage left me feeling so relaxed and I felt completely de-stressed. She gave a very thoughtful massage asking if her touch was the right amount of pressure and making sure I was comfortable throughout and kept me informed through each stage of the massage. This was a wonderful experience from d beginning to end.
