The Lola mobile application is a wellness and lifestyle software product. It lets you view your test results, see the written review left by a GMC-registered doctor, view your biological age and your menstrual cycle, and access general health information authored by Lola Health's editorial team. The Lola application is not a medical device, is not registered with the MHRA, and does not carry a UKCA, CE or FDA mark. It is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, prediction, prognosis, monitoring, treatment or alleviation of disease. Clinical interpretation of test results is provided exclusively by the GMC-registered reviewing doctor, not by the software. Physical test kits sold through Lola Health are regulated medical devices (CE or UKCA marked) and samples are analysed by UKAS-accredited (ISO 15189) partner laboratories; that regulation applies to the kits and laboratory analysis, not to the app. Always consult your GP or other regulated healthcare professional for medical advice.

Lola is a companion app for your at-home health testing journey. Samples are analysed by accredited partner laboratories and reviewed by GMC-registered doctors. The app presents your results and your doctor's review in a clear, easy-to-read format alongside lifestyle and wellness tools.

What Lola offers:

At-home blood tests
Order at-home blood test kits covering up to 70 biomarkers, including cholesterol, hormones, vitamins, thyroid, inflammation and metabolic markers. Panels are tailored to female and male wellness contexts. Sample collection is carried out by qualified, DBS-checked nurses and phlebotomists, at home or in a clinic.

Doctor-reviewed results
Every blood test is reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor who provides a written analysis of your results. The doctor's review is the clinical part. The app is the viewer.

Biological age
View results from epigenetic biological age tests alongside your blood biomarkers and lifestyle data, for general wellness awareness.

Gut microbiome insights
View results from gut microbiome assessments to support general digestive wellness understanding.

Trends over time
After two or more tests, see how your biomarkers change over time in clear charts you can take to your GP.

Cycle tracking
For those who menstruate, log your cycle alongside hormone-related markers.

PDF and CSV export
Download your results as PDF or CSV to share with your GP or healthcare provider.

Reorder and manage
Order new test kits, manage subscriptions, and view your testing history directly in the app.

Lola is designed to make at-home health testing accessible and your results easy to navigate. The app is a viewer and communications surface; clinical interpretation is always provided by your GMC-registered reviewing doctor. Always consult your GP for medical advice.
