Ratings and reviews

Bad user experience. I wanted to create an account with my Google account, which is an option, after I click on it, it requires an email. After that I noticed that the button just request the permission and did nothing after. And even with Email, I can't register, since they require "half-width symbols" whatever that means. I tried every key in the keyboard and it doesn't work... Not recommended!

This app is good to track packages and it also detects and tracks many carriers. But the tracker is a bit slow. That is if our packages is in Delivery status. The app shows it still in Transit state. And even after delivery, the app after 2-3 hours or after few hours shows as delivered. So the tracker is not accurate. With this issue, another issue is that the status of the product remains unchanged for a long long time even though the product has been delivered many months or a year ago.

The app has suddenly stopped updating deliveries. Of my latest batch of deliveries, only one from Evri has updated. Several, from both Amazon and the Post Office, have remained on "Not Found" even though both of these 'couriers' native trackers have shown updated information upto and including successful delivery! Strange thing is, none of the other universal parcel tracking apps I've tried seem to work either! Message sent via app feedback.
