Ratings and reviews

Good user interface but it does feel like its bogged down by the amount of features they crammed in. EasyProperties and EasyCrypto should maybe have been their own Apps since they feel very different fron the normal EE accounts and they navigate you to a different interface which makes things feel a bit disjointed. Other than that its a nice platform to take control of your investments

I can deposit money very easily. I can trade, invest whatever easily, but the moment I want my own money that I put in. There are loads of terms and conditions and depending on the method I put the money in I cant take it until I've waited long periods of time? like really, Thats just robbery, It's my money, Don't use this dub app.

The app works well for investing, but customer service needs serious improvement. I had a transaction error that took weeks to resolve, and during that time EasyEquities gave no updates, no acknowledgement of my emails, and no apology once fixed. In financial services, communication is just as important as low fees. EasyEquities should strive for higher standards of professionalism and transparency.
