Ratings and reviews

You cannot see when you opened a position. It's one of the most fundamental things in any trading app. So if you make 8% on a position, you have no idea if it's over 8 years or over 2 months. I think EasyEquities might sneakily be taking a little bit of money from the positions you open, and making a difficult to know exactly what the starting date is enables them to hide it. The user interface is also extremely confusing. Litterally justuse any other trading app as a spec at build it that way!

Good user interface but it does feel like its bogged down by the amount of features they crammed in. EasyProperties and EasyCrypto should maybe have been their own Apps since they feel very different fron the normal EE accounts and they navigate you to a different interface which makes things feel a bit disjointed. Other than that its a nice platform to take control of your investments

App looks nice, but is slow at the best of times and then non functional at other times or runs at a snails pace. The app can't cope with 700k people which they advertise when it's down. Expand capabilities or cap users. App down for an entire trading day is unacceptable, which happens and has resulted in thousands in loses. Any general ticket you log is 90% not reponded to. Account should not be locked for one incorrect password.
