Day 1 So far it seems practical enough to use for watching videos and booking classes. As a returning client after recoveries, it is disappointing to see that there are no more training programs, in app nor online, only training videos (not helpfull while you're training and the online portal doesn't seem to exist any longer) There's no watch app for access and the card doesn't scan so you can't leave your phone at home. office or locked in your car safe.

Horrendous. Cannot log in despite providing correct details. Therefore cannot book to go to the gym -- which is now mandatory -- so I cannot access the gym despite paying for it. Issue has been going on for years. Totally and completely unacceptable. You are stealing my money. Also, Virgin, it's not acceptable to read comments like this and write "thank you for your feedback" -- then fail to fix the issue.

App works for about 2 days after you downloaded it, then it stops loading your account details. You can see it, but it says "Your details may be not be correct", indicating it cant fetch the data from the servers. And to fix it you have to reinstall the entire app. As an app developer myself I dont see how this is even possible. App is slow as hell also. Takes about 10 seconds to load my account rewards balance. Like tf??
