Most unstable app ever!! So many bugs, app freeze so often, have to close and reopen app SEVERAL times during one shopping order. Delivery never comes during the selected slot. This app would be so great if it worked correctly!! Deleting profile and Uninstalling after this active order is delivered. Current order took over an hour to check out due to bugs, promo code not working, several failed payments. Would have been better off going to the store I ordered from to get the goodies I wanted!!!

The concept would be great if it actually worked. Out of the 3 orders I have done, I have not had 1 good experience. 2 orders were very late and then where the shopper should chat to you to check alternatives, I had 1 order where he just ignored my message. When you call or follow up, it is just "sorry", but nothing gets done. Will definitely be deleting this app.

This has to be the most upsetting delivery experience I've ever had. As a first time user, I expected my order to come in 1 delivery. Had to go to the gate 4 times with each driver arriving minutes apart from each other. Please! You can plan deliveries better. This is definitely not the impression I had when I heard of OneCart. The ordering process is ok. No issues there. It's just the delivery process that I had issues with.
