Ratings and reviews

Has amazing potential, problem is that the app is extremely slow, response time can be up to 10 seconds when clicking something all while phone is snappy with other apps. Unfortunately that makes the service too painful to use. Otherwise, would give 4 stars. Would be 5 stars if the catalogue offered the same varieties and discounts advertised by the stores (I've found many discrepancies). Huge potential right here. Can't wait till things are more refined.

Stay away. I repeat STAY AWAY. I requested a refund to my bank account on the 17th April and they still haven't refunded me. After back and forth emails, they always respond with "We are processing your refund now." But they don't. Yes, you do get assisted with getting a product delivered but that's about it. Skelm much.

As much as i would like to give the App 5 stars i can't, don't get me wrong the servicei got is pretty good. But out of all the number of stores offered on the App I'm only allowed to shop at only one of them i can't even buy bread. I live in Vosloorus which is around the the Boksburg area with multiple stores to buy from yet I'm being deprived because of where i live. I can't even compare prices because I'm stuck with Makro as my only option for purchasing
