Practiq puts your whole practice in your pocket. See today's appointments, open a patient's file, record a consultation for the AI scribe, issue a prescription or sick note, and send the invoice, all from your phone and all in sync with Practiq on the web.

Built for practices in South Africa and the region: ICD-10 coding, medical-aid claims, scheme-versus-patient billing splits, tariff codes, and the record-keeping the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) expects.

PATIENTS
• Search patient files and see the full history: encounters, conditions, medications, allergies, documents
• Photograph or upload documents straight into the file
• Send intake and consent forms, and capture a patient's signature in the room

THE CONSULTATION
• Record the consultation, with the patient's consent, and let the AI scribe draft a structured note
• Choose from your practice's note templates: SOAP, problem-based, mental health and more
• Review, edit and apply the draft; nothing reaches the record until you do
• Prescriptions with warnings about possible interactions with the patient's active medications and allergies
• Sick notes and referral letters on your practice letterhead, as PDFs, ready to share

BILLING AND CLAIMS

ABOUT THE AI FEATURES
Practiq's AI drafts notes and flags possible prescribing risks. It is drafting help, not clinical judgement: it does not diagnose or decide treatment, it can be wrong or incomplete, and every draft is labelled as AI-generated. The practitioner who signs a note remains responsible for it, and every draft carries a way to report a problem.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Patient records stay on Practiq's servers, not on your phone. The app holds only your sign-in session, in the device's secure storage, and everything else travels over an encrypted connection. Access is role-based and every change is audit-logged. You can delete your account from inside the app.

GETTING STARTED
Practiq is licensed to medical practices. If your practice uses Practiq, sign in with your existing account. If you are new, create your account in the app and ask your practice owner to add you to the team; the practice will then appear when you sign in.
