Supercare Workflow is exclusively designed for employees of Supercare (Pty) Ltd. The application provides secure access to company resources while enabling a zero-rated data service through a managed VPN connection.

Designed as a centralized employee platform, Supercare Workflow allows staff to securely sign in, manage daily tasks, access company systems, and stay informed through internal announcements. By bringing together multiple essential workplace applications into a single, easy-to-use mobile experience, the app simplifies day-to-day operations and improves workforce productivity.


Zero-Rated Data Service:


Supercare Workflow uses Android's VpnService technology to provide a secure reverse-billing (zero-rated data) service.

We recognize that mobile data costs can be a significant expense for many employees. To ensure staff can access essential work applications without using their personal mobile data, the app securely routes traffic from approved company applications through Supercare's enterprise network. This enables data used by these applications to be billed directly to the employer rather than the employee.

The VPN connection is used solely for this reverse-billing function. It only handles network traffic for explicitly authorized, work-related applications.

Employee privacy is a priority. The VPN does not monitor, collect, inspect, or log traffic from personal applications, personal browsing activity, or any non-work-related network usage. The service operates only to provide secure, zero-rated access to approved company resources.

A secure clocking system that enables employees to clock in and out using facial recognition for identity verification. GPS geofencing ensures clocking can only occur within approved work locations.

View real-time leave balances, including Annual, Sick, Family Responsibility, and Study Leave. Submit new leave requests, monitor approval status, and review leave history through an intuitive interface.

Checklists & Inspections

Perform site inspections by scanning room QR codes to access location-specific checklists. Record cleanliness, equipment status, and inspection findings, then submit reports instantly.

Spaces

Manage facilities, buildings, sections, and rooms. Capture and upload photographs of site conditions, associate locations with QR codes, and simplify facility monitoring and maintenance.

C2A Tickets

An integrated service desk for logging, tracking, and resolving internal support requests, maintenance issues, and operational incidents.

Complete employee onboarding, mandatory compliance training, and professional development courses directly from your mobile device.
