Ratings and reviews

The app failed to load my data and airtime balances and I was unable to buy data as it kept loading repeatedly even when connected to wifi. In a case where someone doesn't have easy access to WiFi and has no data you're stuck. Zero help from support as well. I fixed the issue by reinstalling and having swap between mobile network to register and then using WiFi to eventually buy data.

This app is totally useless. I can't buy data or airtime on it. I don't see an option to buy data using airtime. It keeps wiping my details and I have to re-enter it every time I open the app. I'm super disappointed in how bad the service is from this company. My contact numbers have been recycled and given to individuals who did not even rica it. I hope vodacom will go back to being customer central instead of being profit centered like it is right now.

This app is useless for buying data. Which is one of the top 3 things it will be used for because they discontinued their previous app and forced us to use this one. It is bloated, hard to navigate, and times out or shows error screens non stop. Even the registration process was tedious. You need to know your Vodapay balance to reset a password. I didn't even know I had a balance. And I can't confirm this yet, but I couldn't find the option to buy data using my airtime.
