zBiletem is the simplest and most convenient app for buying public transport tickets. Buy tickets without standing in line, looking for an open kiosk or shop, or counting cash. In the zBiletem app, it only takes 3 clicks to purchase the ticket you need.

Whether you use ZTM Warszawa, MPK Łódź, ZTM Lublin, MPK Włocławek, MPK Wrocław or MPK Częstochowa, zBiletem allows you to pay for your ticket easily. You can use Wallet, BLIK, Google Pay, credit/debit card or PayU bank transfer.

Remember that your tickets are visible in the app even without Internet access. Thanks to this, ticket inspections on buses or trams will never catch you off guard.

zBiletem also offers the option to purchase long-term tickets, which are the most convenient and cost-effective solution if you travel regularly by public transport. You buy the ticket on zBiletem.pl and then store it in the app. It’s really simple.

I can't change the language settings to Polish, because my device is set to English for the OS. The translation in the app is weird, it says 'side number' so I always enter the bus stop number, but today the ticket inspector told me I should have typed in the bus number. It only needs one word to be changed in the app - side=line. Fortunately the inspector did not fine me.

Since the update I can't type bus number manually and the scanner doesn't work as well. Somehow update broke it, it was working fine before. Had to scramble quickly to buy paper ticket. No idea why they had to "improve" the app and make it unreliable in the process. I guess it's because I didn't give camera permission (which I didn't want to do and it worked fine), I was stuck on the screen with 3 buttons and couldn't enter the number manually.

After the recent update it is not possible to add a card as a payment option. Previously it was as easy as bying a ticket when you need and paying just for that ticket. Now you need to top up you in-app wallet for 20 PLN to buy a ticket for 3.40 PLN. Brilliant move for the app! Terrible for the user. Dev team still insists though that removing a useful feature was for the sake of the users :) At least there is a response - so thanks for that.
