The delivery company you drive for must have an account with Zippykind before you can use this app.

Zippykind is the easiest way for drivers to manage their deliveries and get to where they need to be. Sort your delivery tickets based on time of delivery or by route. Add notes, photos and digital signatures to delivery tickets to build a good chain of custody throughout the delivery process. Drivers can update dispatch operators and customers through autonomous SMS text messaging and email notifications during each step in the delivery process, including but not limited to: driver accepted ticket, driver started, driver arrived, driver completed delivery and driver failed delivery.

All of the activity through the driver’s app is managed through an intelligent backend dispatch software that is available to your delivery companies staff who can view analytics, track drivers and deliveries through a dashboard map and so much more.

The app crashes when I try to send a picture to show that the delivery is successful. The app crashes as I'm trying to look at my route for today. This is very frustrating. I've been dealing with this issue for weeks. I've had to restart my phone constantly while on the job to get it to work. I see that you all have updated your app, well it must not have reached my phone. Losing confidence in this app.

Currently having an issue with not seeing messages. They show up in the update feed, but nothing is in the convo page for each delivery. There's no way to tell if I already sent a message. I'm using the most updated version as of 1/22/21

I apologize for the issues you experienced. We completely rebuilt the app a few months ago and we were aware of bugs that came up after the initial release related to SMS notifications that we worked quickly to fix. The current version of the app should not have these issues. If you are still experiencing these issues, please contact us.

Our snackat restaurant is also used this application this application is so good for the business and driver is used easily now we are first timing used this application
