So I don't usually leave detailed reviews, especially one this long, but this needs to be said. It was good in the beginning. Now, either wait times are too long or the usual "we can't find you a ride" when you literally see four different smart flexes driving by. I don't if there's not enough drivers or an app issue or something else, but you guys need to resolve that because this is ridiculous. The only reason I am even giving two stars is because it is affordable.

I have better success calling to schedule rides than using the app. The info captured in the app does not sync with the driver's app causing riders to be stranded or given wrong information. When I call, there's no issues with my scheduled rides. Please fix the app. Using the mobile device's location needs enhancing when scheduling a ride out of the zone. Caregivers outside of the zone schedule for riders in zone. This should be accounted for by the app. It has the potential to be very good.

I just started using this while my car is in the shop. The concept of the app is nice but there's a lot of issues. I've had to cancel so many rides because they would be selected for the next day and not the same day. I'll select the "today" option and scroll to find the time without realizing it scrolled into the next day. If the ride hours are 6am-11pm for the city I'm in, why am I only able to select hours for the same day around 6am before it turns into the next day options at 7am?
