The website & express app are horrible. When scrolling it repeats the same items over and over and over. It gets stuck and your viewing the same 8 items over and over. It's annoying and frustrating. I'm also having problems checking out. I'm supposed to have 10 items in bag but when I try to check out the items disappear. Super frustrated!!

There interface is terrible...please fix this!!!! I have literally abandoned my cart and you lost a sale many times from me because it's so glitchy.....But I love Express clothes... there sales are the way to go. Between the free rewards and sales I get top quality designer items for very little money. There credit card is one of my favorites. It gives alot of opportunity to get free Express $$.

I have never written a review before for an app, but I had to do it now. Express consistently has one of the worst apps I have ever used. The app is always crashing, freezing, lagging, and logging me out. You would think a clothing company of this size would do something about it but NOPE. It's been like this for years. Doesn't matter if it's IPhone or Android. Incredibly frustrating.
