This app is very very poor, have been complaining for the past 6 month, and nothing has been done. have been trying to upgrade my account to tier 2, but is not working, don't know what is the problem. And I can't make any transaction now, please I need this resolved as soon as possible. Send several mails to you no response. This app is really very poor in terms of customer services. Up till now problem not resolved

This looks very much just like a scam wallet, if there's minus in stars I would have rate them - 100%. Deposits is always smooth but to withdraw is the biggest problem ( always third party withdrawal is under maintenance). I recommend Play Store to remove this app from there catalog.

I've been using raven for months, hasn't encountered any issues but it started this year everything about the app changed first of all no response team both in the app and email. No one is responding to complains, I've tried sending mails several times but there's no reply. Yesterday night i deposited money into my raven account through my opay unfortunately till now i haven't been credited yet. This is so annoying and doesn't worth to be referred to anyone. The app changed over night.
