more about the app than the content. the content is good. the app when minimized doesnt have controls, when an episode ends it closes out when minimized, when brought back to full screen it turn subtitles on, and it doesnt appear to have a section for continuing to watch content you were already watching. most importantly, this thing takes forever to load content compared to basically any other app. it is annoyingly slow.

The random surveys while I'm scrolling the menu are NOT appreciated. This type of behavior is getting way out of control. Bombarding the consumers with endless ads and surveys everywhere they go is not as profitable as you may think it is. It needs to be more intentional and targeted. Stuff like this just makes me want to cancel and delete everything. It's annoying AF.

This app is terrible. It won't stream via mobile data, even though literally every other major streaning service works fine (I tested it to make sure). I even downloaded the episodes (also barely works via mobile data), and it still doesn't play, even with full service. (Hint: you don't need to be connected to the internet to watch downloaded content.) So why the hell is it buffering? This feels like a cash grab, and I'll drop this service immediately. My current download speed is 960Mbps.
