This quick read effortlessly held my interest. It's fast-paced and suspenseful with an exciting, action-filled plot as our kitsune heroine Kira bounces from one dangerous situation to another in rapid succession. I love the characters in this series. This story works well in audio. I enjoyed the narration by Yu-Li Alice Shen. Her performance was well paced and easy to understand, and I liked how she conveyed personality and emotions with her character voices. Highly recommended.

Often times the 3rd book in a trilogy is a bit predicable and less exciting than the first two. That is not the case in this book! I won't spoil anything for you so I'll keep this short and broad but you really should give this whole trilogy a change! It's a fun and wild ride! And it's out as an audiobook now! Very nice!!!
