Codependent No More is superior. Way more empathetic. 6+ hours of this book and I felt constantly & "righteously" scolded. I'm Christian, but I wanted healthy boundaries, not to hear bible verses constantly tediously restating sentences to make a point. It had some golden nuggets, but the writing seems pretty terrible at least to listen to so I barely remember 'em. I felt almost ill from trying to force through this book; it hurt.If anything buy physical copy to studytheactual boundaryparts. :/

There's no warning that this book is for Christians and heavily relies on Bible verses. I'm trying to get past it but I feel beaten over the head with it. The first chapter is all about BIBLICAL boundaries, which the author mentions several times. How was that omitted from the title? Feels like it's trying to convert me or preach to me how a "good Christian" acts

Half way through.. and so informative and very refreshing. I have a question though...if you purchace the e-book can it be shared?
