• I am an engineer. I ran my own sales engineering business for 16 years and had amazing success beyond my imagination. I concentrated on personal development and was fascinated with aspects of psychology. I know. Weird. Engineers and sales and psychology... don't often go together.
• DISC and Emotional Intelligence were two concepts where I provided assessments. I felt I had good ideas to share for career and personal development.
