Ratings and reviews

Stephen King has been my favorite author for a long time, but I've got to say, this series is done so perfectly that I'm excited to see where Corey goes! The characters are great, well flushed out, relatable even when their biology seems alien. I love this series so far, and can't wait to see where the story takes my imagination! I have been literally taking little space ship Hot Wheels on hikes while I listen to these books, and really goofing on them. Side note: someone please tell the TV series writers to stick to their jobs, and not try and re-do what an amazing author has done. I'm disgusted to see what they've done to the characters that I've grown to love on these books!

It occasionally gets a little mundane, but overall, the inventiveness and imagination and adventure keep me turning the pages.

James S. A. Corey is the pen name of Daniel Abraham and Ty Franck. In addition to writing the novels and short stories of The Expanse, they wrote and produced the television series of the same name. Daniel lives with his family in the American southwest. Ty will tell you where he lives when and if he wants you to come over.
