This would make such a great movie! ... is what I thought until I realized it's already in the works. Such great writing, story telling, and perfect narration! The majority of the book reminds me of movies like Cloud Atlas and The Fountain. I was almost disappointed in the last few chapters, but made peace with it before the final one concluded. I can't wait to see the production in theaters. I would highly recommend, as with any other book-to-movie adaptations, to read the book first before you watch it. I doubt they'd be able to capture all the wonderful details in the book. Absolutely loved this!

After collecting an unreasonable number of degrees from the universities of Cambridge, Chicago, and Edinburgh, she settled in Edinburgh where she lives with her husband and children.
