Wow! What a game changer! Such an incredible listen! It is mind blowing to learn how something so simple can have such a huge impact on an athlete's ability to perform, or not. In this audiobook, Darryl explains the complexities of the topics in a logical and easy to understand format with great analogies that really make a lot of sense. Without a doubt this will change the way you think about your hydration and nutrition, it certainly has for me. If you're an athlete or coach who wants to improve your understanding of hydration and nutrition to help you reach your full potential, then this is a must listen.

This guy knows his stuff! I took on board Darryl's wisdom from Sweat.Think. Go faster. and it has worked really well. If you are doing an endurance event and want to get your hydration strategy right, i highly recommend listening to this! You will learn heaps. Its nice to listen to people who really know what they are talking about. Loved it!

A great, insightful listen to sports nutrition that will help immensely for anyone from the elite athlete through to the every day punter. Easy to understand and no crazy theories, I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!
