Executive coaching is a professional and personal development intervention that organizations introduce to address and improve those areas in managers' and leaders' behavior, attitude, and interactions with others that do not allow him/her to work at full potential and also to further improve one's own strengths. The end objective, besides the development of the managers and leaders, is for the organization to benefit in the long-run from the coachee's improved performance. Andromachi Athanasopoulou is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Organisational Behaviour at Queen Mary University of London, School of Business and Management. She is also an Associate Fellow of Executive Education at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Sue Dopson is the Academic Director of the Oxford Diploma in Organisational Leadership, a Fellow of Green Templeton College, Oxford, and Visiting Professor at the University of Alberta, Canada.

Audiobook narration seized Chloe Cannon's interest when reading aloud to local seniors, who informed her that her reading sounded "just like their audiobooks!" Since then, she has narrated titles in a variety of genres, including young adult, sci-fi/fantasy, romance, self-help, thriller/suspense, and biography.
