This book lost me at "An estimated 1 BILLION AMERICANS suffer with cold and flu". I'm sure theres only 350 million Americans.

well some one thinks there is just 350 Americans. According to the census if you count all Americans even the ones living abroad there is over nine million Americans living abroad outside of the country still American citizens. So yes if you count the ones living in America there's over a billion Americans
