This is the first book in the Otter Bluff Series. I like the cover. Cassie and Brian's story is a funny, and sweet romance. Cassie is lovely, strong, and independent. Brian is enigmatic, and a little self centered. Brian's mother is such a selfish, and manipulative person! The storyline is interesting, slow paced, filled with family drama, angst, twists and turns, and romance. Avie Paige and Travis Baldree did a good job with the narration. Looking forward to listening to more in the Series. I received this audiobook at no-cost from Audiobook Empire. The gifting of this audiobook did not affect my opinion of it.
